Rights Respecting Group

I chose to be part of the Rights Respecting Schools steering group because I think it’s important that everybody knows about their rights that protects them.

My favourite right is protection from violence because I think everyone should have protection and it is unfair to be involved in violence.

I chose to be part of the Rights Respecting Schools steering group because I wanted to make the community better and make sure everyone knows their rights.

My favourite rights are the rights to not be discriminated against and to have our own thoughts and beliefs because I feel being discriminated against or not being able to have your own thoughts and beliefs is very unfair.

I chose to be part of the Rights Respecting Schools steering group because I wanted everyone to know their rights and support people if they are having a difficult time.

My favourite right is protection from violence because no one should feel anxious or scared because of violence.

My favourite right is the right to meet with friends and join groups because I like playing with my friends and working with others.

I chose to be part of the Rights Respecting Schools steering group because I think rights are really important and I like working with the group to make positive changes. My favourite right is making rights real because I want to try to make a difference.

My favourite right is the right to good health, food, water and environment because I feel that everybody needs these things to live happier and healthier.

My favourite right is access to education because I think everyone should have the right to learn.

I chose to be part of the Rights Respecting Schools steering group because I wanted to help encourage people to make sure they have their rights met and teach people more about why rights are important.

My favourite right is the right to medicine and good health because I don’t want anyone to suffer and not be treated if they are ill.

My favourite right is Protection in War because if we didn’t have this children could get hurt in conflicts and no one would care.

My favourite right is our right to rest, relax and play because I do lots of sports and I think it’s important to stay fit. Play can help with this.
